Mr. de Guise has 28 years experience as a family genealogist. His expertise derives from his particular knowledge of social and cultural customs, the study of people's names, the origins of the names of places, and cross-cultural communications.

Mr. de Guise specializes in genealogical research on France, Alsace, Switzerland, surrounding areas, and emigration. He is fluent in English, French and German, and reads Latin.

Mr. de Guise has been employed with numerous international companies ranging from Middle East to Europe, principally in the field of Human Resources Development. He is a former international trustee of America's Association of Professional Genealogists.

Mr. de Guise's lectures are known for their variety of informative, stimulating, and thought-provoking topics and designed for beginning and advanced researchers.
